Nov. 10

We flew out of O'Hare this morning on a cute little "jazz" plane. There were only 18 people on our flight. Maria and I sat in the front row and Maria enjoyed chatting with the flight attendant and listening to all her explanations in French. Maria also got to go up front and meet the pilots and see all their instruments. Interestingly, Dwight and Luke were in the last row. We are now at the Toronto airport eating lunch and waiting for our connecting flight.

Our prayers are with you and hopefully we will see you in Bogota on the 18th or 19th. We get to walk our adoption journeys somewhat together and that is exciting!

Dear Dwight, Kathy and Kids

I was so excited to arrive at work this morning to see that you had a blog site and that I would be able to follow you through Colombia. I am so glad things are going well for you from your flights to finding your lost suitcase. Sorry to hear that today is a holiday we did not know about. Tuesday will be a very special day when you finally get to meet Jonathan. You will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers each and every day as you go through this journey. I am so hoping next weekend that you will be able to spend at least a day with the Kuypers.
